Ted Leonard, Founder

Ted Leonard Bio

Ted was born in Pawtucket RI in 1956. He lived just over the state line in Seekonk, Massachusetts until the age of 9 when his family moved to Southern Ireland for 2 years.

Ted began playing drums at the age of 13 at the request of his cousin George – a song writer and performer 9 years his elder. By the age of 16, Ted was playing all over the North East from New York to Maine while still attending high school.

By 1977, Ted left the music business for the family automotive business. In March of 1999 Ted moved to Prescott Arizona an resumed his musical pursuits. The need for a quality sound -company became apparent quickly, and in 2003 Ted started Prescott Pro Sound. Under Ted’s leadership, Prescott Pro Sound became a well-respected full production company providing sound, lighting, video and streaming services.

Is there a lot more to the story? Ted says yes, of course. We can talk about it over a cup of coffee but for now we’ll see you at the next event for sure!!  Cheers !!
